Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much does buying an original Redmi A5 display in India cost?
A 100% original Redmi A5 display replacement costs approximately Rs 1,800 to Rs 1,900.
Q: Is it an OEM or a third-party-manufactured display?
It is an OEM display, not a third-party manufactured product.
Q: Do I need a combo if only the touchscreen glass is cracked?
Yes. That’s because the LCD is combined with the glass, and only glass replacement degrades the display quality.
Q: How can I dry test the display before installation?
Connect the new display’s flex cable to your phone’s motherboard, then try the display without installing it. Once satisfied with the test results, you can glue the display permanently.
Q: Can I return the display if it doesn’t work on my phone?
Yes, you can. We send tested screens to our valued customers, and you can easily return or replace the display if you face any problems.
Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy
All our products come with a 30-day return, refund, and replacement guarantee. To return a product, it must be in the same condition we sent it in. You can’t use or install the new display if you want to return it. For complete details about Shipping, Returns, and Warranty, please click here.
