1. Use a SIM ejector tool to remove the SIM tray from your phone.
2. Remove the inner camera lens using a plastic card and isopropyl alcohol.
3. You’ll find a screw under that camera lens; please open that screw.
4. Apply hot air all over the back panel and use a plastic card to pry off the back panel.
5. Removing the back panel will take 10-15 minutes, and you might need to reapply heat where the adhesive has not softened yet.
6. After removing the back panel, open all the screws from the motherboard’s plastic cover and remove the cover.
7. Disconnect the old display’s flex cable from the motherboard and connect the new display’s flex in the right direction.
8. Power on the phone to test the new display to your satisfaction.
9. Remove the cracked display from the frame and install the new display using glue or double tape.
10. Reassemble all the parts to their respective positions.
